Does it matter how many students we have?
No! We work with studios of all sizes—from small boutique studios to large academies. There’s no minimum student requirement to launch your free merch store. Every studio deserves custom gear and a hassle-free experience.
Is there any upfront cost or commitment?
Nope! There are zero setup fees, no inventory to buy, and no long-term contracts. You can start, pause, or close your store at any time—risk-free.
What types of products can we offer?
We offer a wide range of apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, crop tops, tank tops), bags, drinkware, and accessories—all custom branded for your studio. We can also accommodate uniform requirements upon request.
How does our studio earn revenue from sales?
Your studio earns a 15% commission on every item sold. We send monthly payouts and a sales report—no admin work required on your end.
How quickly can we launch our store?
Most studio stores are ready to launch within 5–7 days after we receive your logo and preferences. We’ll send you a preview before going live.
How do I order studio gear for my dancer?
Simply visit your studio’s custom online store, select your items, and check out. Orders are shipped directly to your address—no forms or cash to the studio!
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re unsure, reach out and our team will help you find the perfect fit!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in an average of 9 days from the time you place your order. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your package ships.
What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll make it right! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because items are custom-made, we can’t accept general returns for size or change of mind.
