Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- **Personalized or Custom-Made Items:** Products that have been customized with names, logos, or specific designs are final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please email us at support@forgeallianceretail.com with your order number and clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return (for eligible items, excluding damaged/incorrect):
- Contact our customer support team at support@forgeallianceretail.com or through our Contact Us page within the eligible return window.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us according to the provided instructions.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
Please note that shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@forgeallianceretail.com and we will guide you through the process.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.
